For 16 years, I did everything “right” inside the fitness, nutrition, and wellness industry.
Corporate leadership. Boutique studios. Split shifts. Early mornings. Late nights. I built success. I built the results. I built a name for myself.
But slowly… I was burning out. I was exhausted. Missing moments. Running on discipline instead of joy.
On paper, I had made it. Behind the scenes, I was depleted.
I moved into online coaching thinking I would finally get my time back.
Instead, I found a different kind of pressure of constant launches, endless content, always “on.” Different platform. Same exhaustion.
And as I stepped into a new season of life preparing to grow our family, thinking about the kind of presence I want to have as a mother, as a wife, as a partner it became crystal clear:
There had to be a better way. A way to honor everything I’ve learned in corporate and boutique leadership… without living in grind mode. Without trading my health for income. Without sacrificing time with the people who matter most.
Six months after saying yes to this business, I had my first five-figure month. But what meant more than the income… was the autonomy.
